Valet trash is a doorstep pickup service where residents place bagged household trash outside during set hours. Our team collects and transports it to the community’s dumpsters or compactors.

We collect securely tied, bagged household trash. Bags must hold contents without ripping or leaking. For communities with recycling, acceptable items must be placed in a see through bag.

For safety and cleanliness, we cannot accept:
Loose trash
Bulky or oversized items (furniture, appliances, mattresses, unflattened boxes, etc.)
Broken glass or sharp objects
Hazardous materials, liquids, or electronics

All pet waste must be double-bagged before being placed outside.

Place trash outside at your community’s designated time for same-night pickup. Each community is different so be sure to check with management for your specific time.

If trash isn’t outside during the pickup window, please dispose of it directly in the property dumpster or compactor until the next service.
